Presenting Evelyn Kay
TRUE COLOURS
WELCOME BACK: The session will be all about YOU: what are your 'True Colours'? How do you show up? What impact do you have on the people you come into contact with - your colleagues, subordinates, customers, friends and family - and is that always working as well as it might for you?
Using the concept of colour energies from the Insights Discovery model, Evelyn will get you thinking ... whether it's about going forwards at a personal level, as a group of people in a team, or as a leader of the business - what could you be doing differently that will enhance your success? A small shift in your awareness of how you come across could make a world of difference in personal and professional relationships.
Evelyn Entheos (UK) Ltd is known not only for seeing the best in people but also for enthusing them to live the best for themselves - living proud! We'll get a flavour this evening for the starting point in that process - how do we come across?"

Presenting
Peter Delves
"Exploring EFT"
At this workshop participants will be introduced to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and have the opportunity to witness its effectiveness and try it out for themselves.
EFT can be applied to resolve wide range of problems including anxiety states, phobias, post traumatic stress, anger guilt and grief. Many NLP practitioners are finding that EFT has become an invaluable tool to help clients let go of limitations and move forward in their development.
The principle of EFT is that emotional problems are associated with disturbances in the body's energy system, and can be released by means of tapping on selected points of the meridian system. The change can often be dramatic, leaving people feeling relaxed, often smiling, and with new insights into the problem that was troubling them.
Peter Delves is a licensed trainer for the Association for Meridian Energy Therapies, and is a qualified practitioner of Thought Field Therapy (TFT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). He was a presenter at the 2002 European Energy Psychology Conference at Oxford University and again in 2003. Peter has a private practice in Kenilworth, Warwickshire and regularly runs courses on EFT for practitioners who wish to add it to their skills. Peter is also a Master Practitioner of NLP, qualified hypnotherapist, and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
